No Children at V&A??

Our local paper advertised that V&A was going adult only and that children under the age of 10 would not be allowed. I do not have any children, so I am in support of this and wish that there were a few more big kid only eateries at WDW. I understand that WDW is a family resort, but sometimes we like to have a nice and quiet meal without some of the noise from children that are often grumpy from no naps and too much excitement.
Just wondered what others thought??
