So a couple of years ago when I was subbing in middle school, I was in a class that was finishing up reading this book. They were listening to a book-on-tape type of thing. It seemed very bizarre to me, especially seeing as how I was just getting in on the ending.
I remember one of the kids telling me they were making a movie of it. I forgot about it, but recently came across some info on it again. Looks like it's been in pre-production for years.
Anyone have any more info on it or are a fan of the book?
