Live 365 Troubleshooting

I logged on and created an account to listen to Disney music on Live365, but I am having trouble listening. I start to hear an advertisement, and then there is no sound whatsoever. I thought maybe it was a buffering problem, so I looked at their troubleshooting suggestions. They suggested listening through 365, so I changed my computer preferences to that, but I still get the same thing. Any suggestions? (p.s. I have a new computer for media and gaming, so I am positive I have the required elements to listen.) Thank you for any suggestions. :mickey:

I have been having trouble for days with live365. I hear the advertisements but then the music does not play. I dont know what going on. Maybe they are having some trouble with the site.

I have been having trouble with that site for a couple months. It was working fine for a bit, now it's not. I love that site, too!
