New restaurant in DD

I've heard that there is a new restaurant being built in down town disney, but I can't find any info on it. Anyone know anything about it and when it is opening?

You might be thinking of the dinosaur themed one? I seem to recall hearing something about a T Rex restaurant, operated by Landry's, the same people who do the Rainforest Cafes? It was so long ago that the topic came up that I'm fuzzy on the details now.
