How is the couscous in Morrococ?

I like the couscous served as a side dish in Tangierine Cafe much better than the couscous served as a dish in Marrakesh (I had the couscous with lamb shank). Don't get me wrong... the dish at Marrakesh was very good but the couscous "salad" served at TC was outstanding! That's one recipe I'd love to have and make at home!

The Tangerine Cafe couscous salad is great! It has red bell pepper and mango and is very refreshing!

I really enjoyed the vegetable couscous at Marrakesh. It had a somewhat exotic-flavored sauce that was a great new taste for me. I have never tried Morrocan cuisine before.

I've never tried the couscous salad at Tangierine Cafe, but I liked the dish at Restaurant Marrakesh. It's nothing spectacular, so I'd recommend ordering one of the other entrées or the sampler platter, which includes vegetable couscous.

DH and I now stop every trip at the TC. We love the sample platter which gives you a little of everything. But the couscous is my FAVE!
