Early March/Solo trips?

I will be visiting WDW from March 4th-March 8th. I will be tagging along with my mom who will be in Orlando for business. While she has agreed to attend the Pirate and Princess party with me on the 6th, the remainder of the time I will be enjoying the parks solo!!

Can anyone provide insight on visiting the 1st week in March? Are Spring Breakers out by then?

Also, any advice on a solo trip? I'm TOTALLY FINE with the idea...actually pretty excited about it. Just want to know some dos/donts from others with solo experience...

The whole period from Presidents' Day through Easter is part of the busy spring break season.

That said, as a solo person you'll be able to get a lot more done, more quickly than families will be able to do. Oftentimes, if there's an open seat on the ride, cast members will ask the line if there are any solo riders. You might get moved to the front of the line more quickly if this occurs. Some rides have lines specifically for solo riders so take advantage of those.
