Walt Disney Buys IParenting Media

Walt Disney Internet Group, a unit of diversified entertainment company Walt Disney Co., said Tuesday it bought iParenting Media to broaden its family Web site base.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IParenting's content and services will be folded into Disney Online's existing Web sites, which include Disney Family.com, FamilyFun.com and Wondertime.com, Walt Disney said. Disney Online plans to integrate all members of the Evanston-based iParenting team.
IParenting's site includes articles, message boards and product reviews.
Disney Online is a division of the Walt Disney Internet Group.
