grand gathering- wher do i start?

my DW and i are interested in bringing a group of her high school cheerleaders down (with a few parents of course) and have no idea where to start planning,
what all special stuff can we do?
how do you make ADRs for 20 folks?
reservations for our hotel?
tickets?

I'd start by checking out the official Disney website's section on setting up a grand gathering. Then, I'd contact Disney group sales.

One of the first decisions you will need to make is where you will stay and for how long. Once that's decided, you should begin thinking about how you will get there.

You can add in your dining, parks and activities from there.

With such a large group, I'd keep group activities to a minimum. Perhaps one large gaterhing per day for a meal or other activity. You can select the park of the day and then allow various members of the group to break into smaller groups to explore as they wish.

The Disney website also used to have this (look below) but I don't see it anymore, it was pretty cool. I wonder why they got rid of it.
