I have read a lot on this site but I wanted to double check and make sure I am thinking correctly. I will be going with 3 adults and 2 children under 3. We can stay at any of the moderate resorts right??? I did not think the POR with the trundle beds would be necessary. We will probably get cribs for the twins.

You are right. Kids under 3 are not counted in your people count, so you could even stay at a value.
I see that you have stayed at CBR a couple of times. That is what I would suggest. You would have the most room of the moderates.

Disney allows for one child under the age of 3 to not be counted towards room occupancy. In your situation, you would be looking for something that can accomodate 4 guests. Any of the resorts would fit that. The only other consideration is the 3rd adult. You will be charged an additional $15 per night at a moderate and $10 per night at a value for having an additional adult over the limit of 2.
