I've noticed that some people have personalized icons. How do you do that?

They donated money during the Server Drive we had a little while ago and part of donating got you a personalized icon.

As already mentioned above, the personalized icons were a one time offer during the server drive.
Moderators also can personalize their icons.
But we've got a whole bunch that you can choose from - there's hundreds. Literally. Be sure to check them out.
