WOW...2 inches. That would be enough to shut down our whole city.

We got about 9 inches here where we live, but it's so heavy and wet that it compacts quickly. It looks so beautiful, but it won't last once the temps rise again.

It really got us into the Christmas spirit for our trip in 16 days!!!

We haven't gotten any here yet, but they did up north. We actually have a kiosk in the local mall here that sells a kit to make snow. It doesn't feel like it, but it looks like it.

it is supposed to be very warm here on Thanksgiving day, so hopefully, I won't be proclaining that we have snow for a long time!

The first snow is always so much fun! Then, with each snow my enthusiasm drops! The kids are always excited, though.

Snow?

What's that??

Actually, we're headed up to Maryland for Thanksgiving and a full week after that. It took me three days to find my heavy jacket!

Spoiled ?

You betcha!!

Oh? I love snow in RI! I'm originally from RI and love it when it snows there. I'm hoping for a white Christmas up there because that's where my family and I are going to visit the extended family this December.

It is snowing here right now as I speak (ok write). It is really putting me in the holiday spirit. Makes me want to pop a turkey in the oven right now. It is surposed to snow off and on for the next few days here so it will really keep us in the holiday spirit.
Last year we were in FL for Christmas and we just could not get in the Christmas spirit. Just can't happen for us when we are wearing shorts and it is almost 80 degrees. Give me a white Christmas!!!!

I wish we could get snow here...but I have a few "restrictions".

1). I only want snow on weekends (I don't want to HAVE to drive in it)

2). I want that pretty snow that falls in all the movies...none of this blizzard stuff

3). I want to be able to wave at the smiling snow plow guy and give him a cup of hot chocolate

4). I'll give that cute freckled faced young gentleman a few bucks to shovel my walk

5). I'll go get my newspaper in my fuzzy bunny slippers and flannel jammies then go inside have a cup of hot chocolate with a LOT of marshmallows

That's the kind of snow I want.

We are sitting in Baltimore, at 25 degrees above normal! Today and tomorrow have a forecasted high of near 70 degrees! Not really turkey day weather in my opinion :)

I'm so jealous, we are in the eighties. I'm sitting @ my computer in shorts hoping for a cool breeze and LESS humidity:ack: I've been working on Christmas decorations while I'm off. Yesterday I turned my car a/c real high so I could feel (pretend to feel) that lovely winter weather. :snow: Please send down snow fast.... I'm going to miss MVMCP this year and the snow.. I don't even mind pretend snow...
