My wife and I are heading to DLR for our first ever trip there in Dec (10-15) and are staying onsite at the PPH.
I know that with WDW hotels, I typically fax in my special requests (ie king bed, water view/free upgrade, etc.) a few days before we head down for our trip. I also typically ask for an upgrade when I check in.
I was just wondering what the common practice is for these types of requests at DL. Do any of you have any experience with faxing in these requests? If so, how many days out do you recommend?
Also, what kinda luck have you guys had with asking if a complimentary upgrade was availabe right at check-in? Have any of you done this? Has it worked for you?
My wife and I will be celebrating our 1 yr anniversary, so I am hoping that will help in our attempt to get upgrade to a park-view room :fingers:
