Fire Alarm at GCH at 2:25am Sunday Morning (Nov. 10th)

Yep, the fire alarm went off and the hotel was forced to evacuate at 2:30 am Sunday morning, Nov. 11th (not 10th - oops - sorry). We stood outside for about an hour, most in jammies or robes :thumbsup: . There never was any explanation or even an "all clear" announcement. The alarm eventually stopped and a different "chirp" began. That's when people started returning to their rooms. It took forever to get back to sleep - I never really did get back into good sleep. The next morning, most of the CMs didn't even know about the excitement (or, I suspect, were instructed not to give out details). :confused:

Anybody have any idea what happened??

We've had the fire alarms go off on us at DLR on 3 different occassions. Twice at the Grand and once at the Disneyland Hotel. The third time it happened, we just stayed in our rooms. No one ever checked to see if were were in our room or not. It too was in the middle of the night on all 3 occassions.:flame:

It's probably some bad kid pulling the alarm. Glad there was no fire.
