I've had the Cuban sandwich there and I don't recall it varying too much from the standard Cuban sandwich: ham, thinly-sliced roasted pork, swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, pressed and grilled. It's served with fried green plaintain chips or black bean salad.

Figment!

Had one last June and thought it was quite good.

I remember it as being pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread.

The Cuban Sandwich at Bongo's is still the best.

I just had one there a few weeks ago and it is exactly as Elenita describes.
