does anyone know if you call the 407# for dining, do you get right through or do you have to go through all the prompts, still? I thought about calling just to find out but I'd rather wait until I actually have to call. :mickey:

Calling for you now....

Prompts:
English 1, Spanish 2
Within next 7 days 1, upcoming trip 2
Then you have to enter your phone number and the pound sign.
(I hung up at this point)

So, yes, the prompts are still in effect. If you don't have long distance, maybe a friend with free long distance on their phone will let you borrow their phone to make the call?

Thanks for that! And since we don't have long distance, I guess this is where the cellphone will come in handy. :mickey:

No 800 # ?? When did that happen??
I always used that, because I hate paying to sit on hold.

Yes tons of prompts. I was just on with WDW DINE last week. They also ask how many times you've been, stay on for a survey etc. I called one day around 4pm and was on hold for 10 minutes!!!!!!! The computer guy kept coming on and saying they were experiencing an unusual amount of calls blah blah then they played Jungle Book music. After the 10 mins I hug up. Next day called around 1 and got through right away. So yea... use the cell!

The 1-800 number is inactive but the 877 number still works.
It is 1877-939-3732.

The 800# isn't working anymore? When did this happen?

I called one day last week and it was inactive and they prompted you to use th 407# so I proceeded to promptly post a note to all other intercotees :D and voice my displeasure

If you use your cell phone to make ressies, be sure you don't need to say what your charge card number is.

Isn't it supposed to be risky to recite a charge number on a cell phone?
