What Are Reward Cards?

I saw the term reward cards in another post.Never heard of it .Is it something like a players club card at casinos?
What is it?
How does one acquire one?

A rewards card is what you get when you have a Disney Visa card and have earned points for spending so much money on your credit card. You transfer your points to what we call a rewards card for us to use in disney or the disney store to buy stuff. You get 1 point or disney dollar credit if you'd like for ever 100 you spend on the credit card.
