I want to give a big  to the CM's at WDW, especially MGM studios, after our recent trip.

We had bought DD6 a Sorcerer Pal Mickey :smickey: as an early birthday present and gave it her the Saturday we left for WDW. She absolutely loved it and carried it everywhere around the parks.

On Monday, we went to MGM and after a couple of hours there went and rode Star Tours. Pal Mickey was placed in the netting under the seat and was accidentally left behind after we got off the ride. About five minutes later, we realized he had been forgotten and we raced back to the ride. All of the CM's were very helpful in helping to search for him, but he was nowhere to be found.

We were told he might have been taken to the gift shop area and after checking with several CM's there one of them said she had seen a PM in the back a couple of minutes ago. She went to go get him and he was no longer there and she figured he had already been picked up and taken to lost and found.

We raced over to L&F and told our story. After several phone calls by the CM at the desk, she told us she had spoken to one of the managers and he was checking into it. About 15 minutes later, the manager came over and said he had talked to the CM's at Star Tours and was unable to determine exactly what happened. However, he didn't want us to have to wait all day trying to track PM down and didn't want our daughter to have a bad memory of the trip. So he gave us a brand-new, in the box Pal Mickey.

DD was thrilled. Now that is customer service.:number1:
