Is anyone on the board going to one of GB's concerts in Kansas City? I think it is sooo great that he is doing a show again...wish it were in my neck of the woods!

DH & I got to see him once back in 1995..what a show!!!

Wish I was! I can't believe that this will be his only concert coming out of retirement. I think it's just a warm up!
I'm in MA and hoping he'll come to Boston or Providence! He's the reason I got hooked on country music! I saw him on an episode of "Empty Nest" back in '92...he sang "The River". That was it for me...have been a fan ever since but haven't had the opportunity to see him in concert!!

My Mom is quite the Garth Brooks fan. I've been to several of his concerts with her (including his free concert in Central Park years ago, with over 1 million people in attendance). I hope he has plans to come back to NY... she would be ecstatic!
