Fort Wildrness?

Anyone ever stay in a tent here before? If so when? Is it too hot in Sept? Does it feel safe?:confused:

I have been camping at Fort Wilderness since I was 6 months old, it is a great place to stay at WDW and is completely safe. We have a RV now but we used to stay in a tent all the time. It will be warm in September, but we bought a a/c window unit and put it one of the doorways in our tent, you will be amazed at how cool your tent will stay. If you go have a great trip, you will love it. By the way in most camping loops they have comfort stations with private showers and a laundry facility.
