Yes, although you may get strange looks from the castmember who waits on you, especially if they're somewhat new...at least that's been our experience with the couple of times we've used it, it doesn't seem as if tons of people use them yet.

We always use our rewards points to cover a portion of our room which makes it very easy to redeem them.

I can't imagine you'd have a problem in any Disney-owned restaurant; we never have. Heck, even the F&W booths take the Rewards card!
