Ordering Shop Items by Phone

I know this question has been asked on here before but I've never really paid much attention to the answer. We bought a magnet and ornament from the Poly that didn't seem to make it back with us (who knows what happened to them) and would like to order them from the Poly gift shop. Is this possible, and what would be the number that I need to call?

I believe you have to order through Merchandise Guest Service @ 407-363-6200
It helps to have the sku# or other identifying info for the order.
They have always been most helpful when I've ordered. :thumbsup:

I've done this several times & CM's have always been wonderful!I've even given vague descriptions of what I was looking for & they were able to help me get exactly what I wanted! In my experience they have been very knowledgeable & helpful :number1:
