Hi everyone!

I wanted some input from all of you. In Dec. 2008 between the 14-21st we are planning our second honeymoon to WDW for our 10 yr anniversary. Here are some of our plans thus far: Going to stay at POR, visit the resorts for holiday decorations, thinking about the keys to the kingdom tour, one night of the Mickey Christmas Party. We are also planning a special dinner for our special day on the 19th but don't know what to do yet. Any input/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :mickey:

We had dinner at the California Grill , on top of Contemporary Resort, for our 5th Anniversary 6 years ago. I would highly recommand it. It was so good, the food was awesome and we made our reservations to be there when they did the night time show at MK. That was great, when the parade starts they turn the lights down in the resturant and pipe in the music from the parade then you get a great view of the firework show. There is also an outside walkway just outside the resturant were you can go too, great view from up that high. When we made our ressies we told them it would be our anniversary and they gave us a choclate souffle with a chocolate disc that said Happy Aniversary for free. Very romantic and magical.

Here's a link to there menu, though it looks a little different from what I can remember from 6 years ago. http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/menus/resorts/calgrilldinner.asp

Here is a litle info from the Disney Website http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/dining/diningDetail?id=CaliforniaGrillDiningPage&bhcp=1

If you want a really special meal, I'd suggest Victoria and Albert's. Be sure to get the wine pairings! California Grill would be my second choice!

My DH and I chose the Yachtsman Steakhouse for our 10 year anniversary dinner - we didn't want to have to "dress up" for our special meal and went to EPCOT from dinner.

Perfect for us!

P.S. be sure to note it is a special anniversary on your reservation = we got a card from the MM and Minnie!

Congratulations on your 10th - we will be celebrating ours there too in May. We will have our 2 DD's with us (3 and 7), so romance will be at a premium. I was thinking about Le Cellier in Canada or California Grill (with a babysitter of course!) ENjoy.:mickey:

While we've never done V&A's, we have done California Grill (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/menus/resorts/calgrilldinner.asp) for our anniversary several years ago, and it was Fabulous! I would highly recommend it. Another place where we've had a fabulous experience is Jiko at AKL (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/menus/resorts/jiko.asp). Another one, while not romantic, but lots of fun is Hoop Dee Doo Review at Fort Wilderness (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/dinnershows.asp#Hoop). We've heard, but never experienced Artist Point at WL (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/menus/resorts/artistpoint_dinner.asp).

Congratulations and Best Wishes!
And, let us know what you pick, and after it's over, how it was.
