Balance transfers on Disney Visa

I seem to recall reading somewhere that you will not receive reward points when making a balance transfer to the Disney Visa card. Is my memory correct?:confused:Thanks.

You are remembering correctly. Here is a quote from the Rewards Program Guide:

Q: Do I earn 1% on everything I buy with my Disney Rewards Visa Card?
A: You will earn 1% in Disney Dream Reward DollarsSM (DDRDs) on everyday Disney
Rewards Visa Card purchases. You do not earn rewards on balance transfers or
convenience check purchases.

To be fair to Disney Visa, I think that is a pretty standard thing on credit cards with rewards programs.
