For any of you who will be arrive at WDW during the time when Teppanyaki will be changed into Teppan Edo, and you made an ADR before you found out about the refurb; this information will be helpful to you.
I called 407 WDW DINE and talked to a nice CM who helped me check my ADRs. I asked if my ADR for Teppanyaki was canceled because of the name change and she checked and my ADR was still in tact.
Though, I would recommend calling Disney Dining about your ADRs, just in case if something does happen.
