Is Cap n' Jacks in DTD a Pirates of the Caribbean themed restaraunt or just a general pirates theme?

Last time I was there (2005), it wasn't a pirate theme at all. It's just a nautical theme.

jwallace378 is correct, there is no pirate theme at all. I was there last year and it's done in a generic nautical theme with ships wheels and sea shells.

We always go to Capt'n Jacks the first night of our vacation!! We love the food. My dh usually does the steak and lobster tail.. my ds loves the keylime pie! The theme is not pirates. There are some tables with views of the water. My DD 8 absolutely loves it and made sure it is the first TS we have!! This year I am bringing a picture of my DD (then 6) who fell asleep with a gummy worm (from her dirt sundae) hanging out of her mouth and my DD (then 2) was sleeping with head in hand on the table. It was pretty funny...the adults were enjoying conversation and looked over to see two sleeping beauties!!

I think you will love the food and I recommend it! :thumbsup:

Each year we've gone to Disney we try to eat at different restaurants so, if we get to go next year Capt Jacks will be a definate one to try along with the Flying Fish Cafe.
