We received luggage tags for all of us to go in Oct but we did not get a transportation pass for one of our daughters as she is leaving earlier in the week than the rest of us. Does she need to have this or can she get one when we all check in.

Is she listed on your transportation to the resort? If not, I'd call and make sure this is corrected.

Yes she is listed on our flight inbound but didn't get the trans pass.

Is her name listed in the DME booklet at all, or on any of the DME luggage tags? If her name appears, then she does have a valid reservation.

Don't sweat the ride back to the airport; it's very very easy to arrange. You can take care of that at one of two places: when you first arrive at Orlando airport and you check-in at the Disney Welcome Center; or at your resort's front desk at any time up to about 2 days prior to her departure.
