Sunrise/Sunset

I was thinking it would be nice to enjoy a Sunrise or Sunset while we are celebrating our anniversary next month ( 20 days to go!!) at WDW. Any favorite places that anybody enjoys? We will be staying at POFQ, but I wouldn't mind anywhere in the 'world' for a perfect spot.
