Does a map exist, that tells you where the pathways are between the resorts?

I don’t know if a map exists, but their parking lots abut each other. So they are separated by parking lots.

As previously stated, the best way to get between them is to walk across the parking lots.

I don't know about online, but if you go to your local books store there are some decent maps of the resorts in Disney travel books. Most don't give specifically, but are good enough to know where to go.
