Wishes from Poly

Can you see Wishes from Kona and if so, what's the best ADR time? Or should I go to the poly, watch wishes from the beach (what time to arrive as well???) and then at 9ish?

You can't see Wishes from Kona. You can, however see Wishes from Ohana's and they also pipe in the music from Wishes. If you can't switch your ADR to Ohana's, then go down to the Poly beach and you can see them just fine from there (without the music though).
