Food Network Ownership?

Just a simple question - is Food Network owned by Disney/ABC?

The E.W. Scripps Company (NYSE:SSP), which also owns and operates HGTV, DIY Network, Great American Country, and FINE LIVING, is the manager and general partner.

So I guess not, but they DO have an awful lot of Disney programming!

Well doing a little search on the computer I learned that The Food Network is not owned by Disney it is owned by the E.W. Scripps Company. The Scripps company also owns the HGTV, and DIY Networks.
