2009 rates

Does anyone have any idea on when I would be able to book my trip for 09?

Well, you can book room only at least 12 months out, and I think up to 18 months. However, rates for the following year are usually not released until late July or early August, so that's the earliest you could book a package.

Rates usually come out in August each year so August 2008 is the best bet :mickey:

wow and i thought i was the planner!! usually the package rates come out in july or aug of the year before i think you can book a room up to a year in advance and convert it over to a package later when they become available - we are staying at WL april 20-26th 08 and we are really leaning toward the poly in 09 - we want to stay at a different deluxe every year - i think the planning is 1/2 the fun - well maybe 1/4 the fun :mickey:

Thanx everyone who answered my question for me. Yeah I wish we were going next year but we have to wait until 09. By that time I will probably change my mind a hundred and one times as to where we are actually going to stay but for right now we want to stay at the cbr.

I think you can book a room only reservation up to 500 days in advance of when you want to be there. I know I have twice booked reservations way over a year in advance. They charged me a one night deposit at current regular season rates and then adjusted it when the new pricing came out. When package pricing came out the first Sunday in August, I just gave them a call and they were able to convert the whole thing over to the package I wanted. Easy as pie.:thumbsup:
