FL residents I need your help

We are considering buying a 3 bedroom condo or townhouse for vacation purposes in FL. For those of you who live in FL could you recommend an area that is safe but not too far from WDW? I really appreciate your help. Most sites ask for the county you are interested in and I don't have a clue:mickey:

How close do you want to be? There are parts of Orlando that are nice, I would not live right off 192 or parts of Kissimmee. I really like the North areas of Orlando like Lake Mary, Winter Park, Longwood and also some towns a little closer like Winter Garden (my aunt works for the mouse and lives there, as do quite a few CMs) and Clermont (my other aunt is there). You might want to check out Haines City too, it's another town I like a lot. I left ten years ago, but want to possibly have a second home or some land there eventually since I grew up there, so that's my 2 cents.
