Would this work? We had our hearts set on an illuminations cruise..we haven't been able to get it for the dates we wanted. I was thinking about trying again tomorrow for another date. However, we have ADR's at 5:50 at California Grill that nite, would we make it for an illuminations cruise if I was able to secure it? Illuminations is at 9pm that nite, I'm not sure what time the boat leaves..I'm guessing we'd have to be on the dock at the BC/YC at 8:15. We would take a taxi if need be, not Disney transport.

Just a thought...

I know its not Calif Grill, but maybe you might consider eating at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and remove the stress of trying to get from one resort to another to make it in time.

Otherwise, I would definately plan on taking a cab.

I dont recall what time the Illumination's cruise left. But, if you are running late, you will run the risk of missing out on the nice little tour of the water ways that they give you prior to the show.
