Building request

We have booked our vacation in September through MJ. We are frequent visitors to POFQ. The last 3 times we stayed we were in building 1. We would like a change of scenery. Is it possible to contact POFQ before we arrive and request a difference building? Since MJ booked this vacation for us do they have to make the request?

Do it through MJ, as they are your contact to Disney. You will not be able to access your ressie, only MJ can. :thumbsup:

:ditto: that is true, but you can also call the resort 3-4 days before you arrive and make your request, and you can also request a different building when you check in if there is something else available.

We did all that and still ended up in Building #3. Oh well, we didn't care since we were "home"!

We are partial to Building #5 on the courtyard side.
