Can anyone explain the Torch Ceremony at the Polynesian resort?

What time....where....etc......

6 pm in the lobby (downstairs). There is a drummer and a man who dances with a baton set on fire.

Whe we were there in May of '05, the torch ceremony usually happened around sunset. They had a Polynesian drummer in the Great Ceremony House. The torches around the whole property are then lit.
