What rides open first?

Soooo, I have been to Disney quite a few times, but I don't ever remember what rides open first when you get to the parks.

I remember that Nemo doesn't open in Epcot at the opening, but does Soarin open right away? What other rides?

In MK, is it Fantasyland that opens up first everyday?

I just need some direction to go on because I know which parks I want to visit on what days, but I just don't know which way to go first to make the most out of our morning. We are traveling with two small children who do their best earlier in the day.

There is a page at Info Central that has all of the Extra Magic Hour Attractions, here is the link (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/park/extramagic.asp#Morning)

On normal days all the attractions will open when the park opens with the exception of World Showcase at Epcot which opens at 11am.
