Tax free day in MA and Theme Park Tix

Massachusetts is having a tax free weekend Aug. 11 and 12. But unfortunately for those who are thinking of buying their theme park tickets and saving the money this weekend, those are not part of the tax savings. That's because the tax is not MA tax so the stores still have to charge the tax amount.

But you can save on almost everything else, up to $2500.00. I think it's just cars and other major items that you can't save on.

Well, at least our clothes (<$110) are tax free always. As for the other stuff, ugh.

Our clothes are too, I believe up to $175. Then you pay a luxury tax. At least I think they still charge that tax.

Florida had a tax free week this week on all clothes under $50. whee!! It feels good to save that little bit of money. :mickey:
