2008 Dining Changes?

Will someone either explain the changes in dining to me, or post a link where I can read them for myself? I've read the thread where everyone is blasting the new plan, but I don't understand why. I'd love to understand more, as we're trying to plan a trip next Easter, and we're wanting to save money, but have never used Disney dining before. Thanks!

For me to decide to use the dining plan, I tried to estimate the costs OOP. I really liked the feeling of having it already paid for. I'm also waiting to use the updated estimator from info central to make my final decision. Remember, you can always add the plan after booking your package. Good luck:mickey:
