We went at Christmas and loved it. It is still a very fond memory of ours. We went after dinner when it was dark, and there was a slight crispness to the air. The horse had little bells on that jingled with each step. It was a perfect expierence at Christmastime. We even started to sing Christmas carols (poor driver). If it is a busy time of year, you will definately need a reservation. We gave the driver a little tip also, not that you have to. He really seemed to appreciate it though. Have fun!
