ADR opinions from the Disney experienced

Finally decided to go with the Disney dining plan 60 days from our vacation date!!! Was concerned about the available resturaunts being so close to our vacation time, and was seeking opinions with what we obtained. Family - My wife and I, 13 year old son, and 5 year old twin girls.

October 3 MGM
4:20 Hollywood and Vine
Evening - Quick service meal at Resort

October 4 EPCOT
Lunch - Somerfest (quick service)
6:25 - Norway Princess Dinner

Ocotber 6 Magic Kingdom
Morning - Breakfast reservations at Boatwrights (POR)
3:55 - Crystal Palace
Night - Cosmic Rays (quick service)

October 7 Animal Kingdom
Lunch - Flame Tree Barbeque (quick service)

By the way - for those that may not know;) Wendy at Magical Journeys is a tremendous help with it comes to Disney assistance/planning!!!!!!

I can't help with much, but Boatwright's is great for breakfast--everything we had was wonderful!

As for the Princess dinner in Norway, we actually had ADR's and cancelled them for our last trip. I thought the menu was a little too adventurous for my group. BUT, there are people on Intercot who swear by it, so...I dunno. Check out the menu and see if anything will appeal to you and your family. The princess interaction is supposed to be really good at this meal, however!
