Recipe needed please [Archive]

Hi Everyone,

My DH and I recently dined at Chefs de France in Epcot for dinner. It was delicious to say the least. Anyway we had an absolutely wonderful appetizer that was to die for and we wondered if anyone had the recipe for it. It is called Tarte a la flamme Alsacienne
Alsace specialty. Flat bread baked with cream fraiche, onion and bacon -

If anyone has the recipe, it would be much appreciated if I could have it.

You can always check the Recipes section (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/dining/recipes/default.asp) here on Intercot for WDW and DLR recipes (I did check and your Tarte wasn't there).

The Banana Bread recipe request thread (http://www.intercot.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=111755) has some great suggestions for requesting recipes from WDW.

Let us know what you find out...

Also, you might want to try Google for finding a similar recipe, or go directly to Food Network. I would start at the latter. Good luck!
