WL do they have a Fax number

Does anyone know the fax number to the WL. How far in advance. Does one need to fax a prefrence. Any info would help Thank you.:mickey:

Resort fax numbers can be found in the Phone Numbers (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/misc/phonelist.asp)section of INTERCOT info Central.

Don't know if it is still the case but Disney Travel once advised us to contact the hotel five days before check-in date.

The WL does not accept faxed requests. Your best bet is to have your travel agent include your requests in your original reservation. Or you could try to call the resort directly (sorry, don't have the number...).

1) Unless you are in "Insider" you can't get the resort number.
2) You have a published number for the resort.
3) This goes to a "call center".
4) If the resort agrees to talk to you, it is put through.
5) But, typically they will not take a ressie request phone call.
6) Additionally, WL puts all fax requests into "File 13".
7) Just make sure it is on your CRO ressie.


NOTE: ALL calls to the hotel front desk or back room go through the Call Center, unless you know the internal resort numbers. This is the case even when you are staying at the hotel and dial the front desk from your room.
