We will be celebrating our son's 2nd birthday in December with supper at Chef Mickey's. Does anyone know what the restaurant does to help make birthdays special?
Thanks!

We haven't done a dinner celebration, but we did celebrate DS's 2nd birthday there during breakfast. They gave him a special placemat to keep (it's laminated) and brought him a cupcake with a candle.

Crystal Palace is a good place to celebrate a little one's birthday...they did the cupcake but also did a tableful of confetti and a card from Pooh and friends.

do people normally just put the celebration on their ADRs for the actual "birth" day or for the whole trip?

We usually put it on our ADR's for our whole trip. This was our travel agent's practice as well. Some restaurants are better than others about noting it and doing anything.

Be sure and stop at Guest Services at whatever park you visit and get a birthday button. They will also have Goofy call and wish your little one happy birthday.
