What time do taxi's start running in the morning?

Do you know what time taxi's start running in the morning on Disney property?

We have 7:30am ADR's at Boma for breakfast and plan to take a taxi from POP to Boma in order to get there in time for our ADR's.

Please give any tips you have for traveling via taxi on Disney property. We will use Disney transportation for all our other travels.

I'm not 100% certain of this, but I seem to recall taxis running 24 hours.
