What's Your Dream Dream?

Picture it: You're walking through the park and a cast member stops you and says you've won a dream. When you ask what it is, they tell you that you can have anything you want so long as you stay on WDW property. What would you choose??

Mine would be a photographer's dream: To have the parks to myself in the morning and at night to take lots of pictures without anyone being in the way. (On my last trip, I had just pressed the button to take a pic of tiki room sign, and a woman stepped in front looking right at the camera... I now have a close up of her nose.... ) I'd also like to be able to take flash pictures in certain attractions....

Hmm...there are several that I have thought about. It would be wonderful to win the unlimited free vacations for 47 years to anywhere you want. It would be wonderful to sleep at Cinderella's Castle. It would be great to have a personal photographer so DH and I could have some wonderful pictures with no one in the parks.

Any dream that we would get would be great.

This was an easy question for me. I would LOVE to win a night in Cinderella's castle!!!! I keep teasing my family that I just know we are going to get picked when we take our trip this December. I think I would just die if we really did get picked! :cloud9:

I'd like to be personally escorted to "off stage" areas that aren't even seen on the tours. I'd like to try on costumes, and see memorabelia that no one else has ever seen. I'd like to watch dance rehearsals, and most of all, I'd like to sing with the Voices of Liberty.

Top that off with being allowed to sit on Main St. alone with a cup of coffee and just watch the lights change on the castle, and music playing softly, all, just for me.:D

i would love the dvc membership, although i would probably still not stay at a deluxe resort. i think they are great but i would just take longer trips at a value. i love disney and if i were to go on a vacation for the room it would not be at disney, they are much nicer hotels for a lot less, we go to enjoy disney not the room

They are extending the YOAMD until Dec. 2008. Did I miss something I have not heard this?

To answer the question, as much as I would love to spend the night in the castle it would be great for one night but to win a DVC membership or something like that would be better for us because we could keep enjoying it for years to come.

The disney parks around the world would be really cool and so would the night in cinderella's castle but i think i would have to go with a personal tour of the parade barn right before spectromagic and into the tunnels under the Magic Kingdom! That would be so awesome!

A DVC. We got to stay at Old Key West thanks to my husbands parents the very first trip we made to DW. It was so wonderful. I loved it when they would welcome us home at the gate. We've stayed in Value resorts since. Still wonderful trips, but it would sure be wonderful to get to experience OKW again. :mickey::magic:

I used to want the night in the castle more than anything, but my fiance opened my eyes and showed me that if we got the DVC we could go a lot more, and with that you can go other places as well. Also it is my goal to go to all the Disney locations some day, and I could do that with DVC!

I would want to win the DVC....soo I can keep on coming back as often as I can...and then DH would not have to say anything about it because it would be free...except for our plane tickets and food and attraction tickets...but at least the lodging would be free. But also with the DVC, since I do not have kids yet...I will be able to bring my nieces and newphews along with me...since i know the 2 oldest would love it...the youngest 2 are under 1 and younger so they really do not know what is going on...but I tell you the oldest 2 do!!:mickey:

My dream would be to win more than one night in the castle. That just doesn't seem long enough to enjoy everything, one night. I would also love to be able to walk the streets of the whole park at night or in the early morning alone and see everything, take pictures, check out secret places, etc. Like being invisible but being able to take it all in. Magic!

If I could pick something that they actually aren't giving away.... you know how on Main Street it looks like little apartments above the shops and such? Well, I have always joked with my family that the apartment over the ice cream parlor was MINE. It has this beautiful wide veranda and a perfect view of my castle. So, that would be my dream -- make that an apartment and make it MY apartment :mickey: Guess I would need a nice job to go with.....

Aside from staying in Cinderella Castle for a night... I would love to be upgraded to the AKL with a view of the savannah... I've told DH for the last few years that it is my dream to be able to stay there... Even if it were just for one night.

Being able to get up, have a fresh cup of coffee,with toast, and sit on a balcony overlooking mainstreet. I could watch the sunrise over the castle,the opening of the park and all of the people enjoying a day of Magical Dreams.

At night, I would step back onto the balcony,watch the sunset over the castle, the fireworks and again enjoy the magic of such a remarkable place.:thumbsup:

I do happen to be lucky enough:mickey: to own membership in the DVC. The Villas at Wilderness Lodge have given me ample ways of spending time at DisneyWorld and having some of my dreams come true.Would never trade them. They are forever...:mickey::mickey:

When the YOMD was announced... that is the first thing I thought of. I think BIG!

My BIGGEST dream is something that sadly, can never come true. I wish that I had one day... that's all I would need... where I could walk through the park and ride all of the attractions in WDW with Walt Disney himself. I want to show him his biggest dream in real life. I want to talk to the man that created it all.

My dream would be to be escorted from restaurant to restaurant with no waiting in line, and just pick whatever I want from the menu. I could sample the appetizers at one place and go to another for the entree. Maybe they could drive me around in a little cart. :mickey: They'd have to --- I'd be too full to walk!

Since this is my dream, they'll be putting some favorites back on the menu. At Le Cellier, I'll have the beef kabob with orzo salad. At Sunshine Seasons Food Fair, I'll be having the open face chicken pesto sandwich with vegetables grown right in the Land. And at Animal Kingdom, I'll have the Villager's Special Peanut Crusted Chicken at the Tusker House.

I think this will all take place in October during the Food Fair. :cloud9:

I already have the DVC, but if they want to give me another, I'd hate to hurt their feelings and say no, so I would take it....QUICK!!! Other than that, I'd love lifetime tickets for my family & I to any of the parks. That would be icing on the cake for me. Oh yeah, an unlimited lifetime fastpass, now that would be good.

My DD4 :princess: talks all the time about Cinderella's Castle. If she got to spend the night in the castle suite, I think it would be the most magical moment to see her eyes light up when we walked into the room.

The sensible side of me thinks a DVC membership would be wonderful.
