Non TS Breakfast selections for Animal Kingdom Day?

Any suggestions for non TS breakfast on a day planned for Animal Kingdom?
They have EMH beginning at 8 a.m. and we want to get there early so I was hoping to eat a quick breakfast in the park.
I just found out that Tusker House is closed so that scrapped my plans and I would love any other suggestions!

My suggestion would be to grab something at Pop's food court and eat it on the way to AK.
If you prefer to wait until you get to Animal Kingdom, then you might have a few options.
Coffee, assorted pastries, fruit and yogurt can be found at the Safari Coffee kiosk.
Dino Bite Snacks might be open in the morning with cookies, yogurt cups and more.
Also, since Tusker House will be closed- perhaps Flame Tree or Pizzafari will open for CS breakfast? I don't know that for a fact, but I would think it a good possibility.
