Little Ones Magic Hours on Aug. 31st

Okay, so if there LOMH for August 31st and the park opens at 9am... does the LOMH start earlier? I am wanting to do this and then get to Epcot for a princess breakfast at Akerhaus. Any info would be great!

Little Ones Magic Hour starts one hour prior to regular park opening.

If the regular park open is at 9:00 am, the Little Ones Magic Hour starts at 8:00 am.
