MJ - Vacation Planning

I just requested a quote from Magical Journey and I was wondering how long it takes to hear back from them...can anyone tell me about their past experiences? I am having difficulties dealing with Disney directly and was hoping MJ would be able to help. :(

This is the first time that I have used MJ for my trip and I heard back from Debbie, through email, within just a few hours (plus, it was on the weekend)!

Anytime I emailed her with a question, she replied within minutes, by the end of the night, she had called me to get the credit card information, and on the next day emailed me my confirmation from Disney!

They have been great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!:thumbsup:

I just booked with them the other day. Everything was complete within about 1 hour. Received my credit card confirmation the next morning.

I sent you an email a little while ago. I got your form at 3:46 mt time (5:46 est) and replied to it as soon as I was off my phone call with Disney.

Check your email..you should have an email from me!

Make sure your spam blocker is not preventing you from receiving MJ emails!

check your spam folder or trash folder...sometimes they can end up in there...my reply back from Terrisue was in my trash folder for some reason.
