Dolphin hotel in August

Anyone going August18-25th. Does the Dolphin upgrade you even if your on a teachers rate. If you stayed at the Dolphin did you like it. I'm traveling with a 5yr old and a 4yr old princess

We stayed about this time in 2003 at the Dolphin. We used the teacher rate, and were indeed upgraded. Its not expected, and not guaranteed at all. We also were Starwood Preferred Guests, so that could have something to do with it.

We loved the hotel. The prices can't be beat. When we haven't found a better deal w/ APs, we stay there... which will be this October!!

The pools are beautiful and its so close to two parks. That will help with the little kids... less travel time!
