old tickets for PI

I have leftover tickets/days for Pleasure Island from my old hopper pass that I want to use this trip. Where in PI do I turn in my old tickets for new ones? Thanks!

I would stop at Guest Services in Downtown Disney or at the PI ticket booth, located along the parking lot side of PI. They can tell youif you need to change the ticket, or just use it as it is.

Guest Services at Downtown Disney is located in the Marketplace. It is tucked in between Ghirardelli's and the caricature stand. It is also accessible by entering through Arriba's Brothers or Team Mickey.

Does anyone know the hours of Guest Services? We won't be arriving until about 6-6:30 pm. Thanks.

I don't know what time they open up at, but I know we were there on a Monday and they were open until 11pm. Maybe later on weekends?

Last I remember, Guest Relations in the Marketplace is open from 8:30AM - 11:00PM. Although, you can most assuridly go to Guest Relations near Planet Hollywood which is open until midnight or later.
